What is the full specification ?
1.Hot air head and mount head design 2in1,which can auto weld remove and mount function. bga chips reballing/replace machine
2.using the Panasonic touch screen,Panasonic PLC control,which can show you the 3 temperature curve any time and temperature precision control within ±1℃,6 segment temperature control,which can ensure the best soldering effect.
3.Total have 3 independent temperature heating zones,the first and second temperature zones can control many groups and paragraphs temperatures at the same time,the third temperature zone can preheating a large areas PCB board, and make the best soldering effect.
4.The second zone designs specially to support the PCB board,which can go up and down,prevent the PCB board collapse from the damage during soldering.
5.Select the high precision K-type thermocouple closed-loop control,3 temperature measurement interface in outside can achieve precise temperature detection from the different BGA point.
6.Record 100 groups temperature profile setting,can analysis curve,setting any time.
